1. General
1.1. My Swim Mentor provides online swim coaching, mentoring, and related services. 1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern all users of our services, which are offered exclusively online. 1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. 2.2. Payment must be made in full before the session, unless otherwise agreed. 2.3. We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods]. 2.4. Late payments may result in the cancellation of future sessions until payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. 3.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion. 3.4. If My Swim Mentor cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before participating in online swim coaching sessions. 4.2. My Swim Mentor is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising during or after sessions. 4.3. Clients must ensure they are in a safe environment while following online coaching instructions.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Clients must behave respectfully towards the instructor and other participants. 5.2. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct may result in termination of services without a refund. 5.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate equipment for online sessions.
6. Liability
6.1. My Swim Mentor is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property during sessions. 6.2. Clients participate at their own risk and should have appropriate insurance coverage if necessary. 6.3. We are not responsible for any technical issues affecting online coaching sessions, including internet disruptions or software malfunctions.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. We collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing our services. 7.2. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 7.3. By using our services, you consent to our use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All materials, techniques, and content provided by My Swim Mentor remain our intellectual property. 8.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior consent.
