Refund Policy

At My Swim Mentor, we are committed to providing high-quality online swim coaching and mentoring services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1. Payments made for online coaching sessions are non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.
1.2. Refunds are only applicable in cases where My Swim Mentor is unable to provide the service as scheduled.
1.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Eleanor@em-sa.co.uk or via your account portal
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
2.2. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.
2.3. Clients who cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice may reschedule their session at no additional cost.
2.4. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The session was cancelled by My Swim Mentor due to unforeseen circumstances.

A technical issue on My Swim Mentor’s end prevented the session from taking place.

The client experiences a medical emergency and provides official documentation.
3.2. Refunds will not be granted for: -
Poor internet connection or technical difficulties on the client’s end.

Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.

Change of mind after booking a session.
4. Processing Refunds
4.1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4.3. My Swim Mentor is not responsible for any bank processing delays.
