You book a zoom call
On the zoom call you we will meet and have a chance to talk through yourself or your child's swimming current ability. Even send some videos so I can see how to help.
After the zoom call - I send a plan
I will give you my personalised plan - Whether you are teaching your child or wanting to overcome your fear of water, every plan is very individual.
