Swimming Assessment & Personalised Session (via Pre-Submitted Video Review) This session begins with an assessment of the swimmer’s ability and confidence level, based on video footage provided prior to the meeting. If your child is an beginner, then you do not need to send videos. During the consultation we will cover: Discussion of current goals and any challenges Review of technique using parent/guardian-submitted videos Focus on a specific skill or area for improvement Q&A session for parents/guardians Initial outline of a personalised swim plan Following the session, a detailed personalised swim plan will be emailed to you. Important: Clients must submit session videos at least 48 hours before their booked appointment to allow sufficient time for review and preparation.
